Brian Beattie
Brian has over 20 years experience in the Restaurant and Food Service business and more than 10 years of that has been running The Caterers. Brian is a member of Eurotoques and has worked in all the top restaurants in Dublin and some outside of Dublin including, L’Ecrivain, Chapter One, Thorntons, Guilbauds, Le Grand Amsterdam. The chef owner quality customer driven ethos learned in these establishments has stayed with him throughout his career and has helped make The Caterers a successful company with a good repeat corporate and private client base.

Tara Beattie
Tara brings business administration experience to The Caterers. Tara worked for many years implementing quality business practices in large corporations. Tara is responsible for the administration of The Caterers as well as pulling together of event plans and schedules. Tara is also responsible for our wine list having completed the W.S.E.T. Intermediate Certificate and W.S.E.T. Advanced Certificate Courses. Tara was responsible for the front of house in the couples restaurant and the two have the same vision when it comes to the quality of all the services of The Caterers.

The Back Up
The success of The Caterers would not possible without the rest of the Team who work tirelessly to ensure that all our customers’ requirements are met and surpassed beyond expectation.

David Fountain, Michelle Daly and Alan Maher have worked with Brian and The Caterers for a number of years now. They are backed up by a strong team of chef's all selected by Brian and trained in our menus and recipes.

Whether a chef, chef's aid, waiter or event co-coordinator the vision and ethos of The Caterers runs right through.
