Here is some information that will help you plan and cost your event more easily

Service

Staffing Levels Guide Lines

Full Banquet Service / Silver Service 1 wait person to 15 guests
Plated Service 1 wait person to 20 guests
Buffet Service 1 wait person to 30 guests
Drinks and Canapés 1 wait person to 30 guests

We would also recommend for events where 5 or more wait staff are required that there be a Front of House Manager on site.
